Guidelines for Oral/Poster Presentations at SNEV 2023 vConference

• Oral presentations will be part of the live conference, they should be in English and will last for 15 minutes maximum followed by 5 minutes of Q&A discussion. Time will be carefully monitored, so please prepare in advance. Please prepare your presentation compatible with PowerPoint.

• Posters with oral presentations will be part of the live conference; they should be in English and will last for 7 minutes maximum. Time will be carefully monitored, so please prepare in advance.
  For the live presentation, you can either (1) present your poster in portrait format, height 1280 px by width 720 px (according to the general guidelines) or (2) prepare a maximum of 5 PowerPoint slides containing the details of your poster.
  Please consider readability when designing your poster. Export your poster as png, recommended resolution of 300 dpi or higher.”

• Poster presentations will be on-demand during the whole duration of the conference; they should be in English. Please consider readability when designing your poster. Export your poster as png, recommended resolution of 300 dpi or higher.
  If you wish, you can also submit a separate voice recording explaining your poster. For this, you can record a 3 minutes max audio in MP3 format.
